We do not infer specific £/sqm rates for vendors who do not publish them. We do not use AI-generated cost benchmarks. We do not quote contractor day-rates as if they were a published index. Where the source itself is uncertain (a forecast, a survey with a small sample), we note the uncertainty on the page rather than print a false-precision figure.
